> **Pros**: Responsive support-  quick to learn-  options to assist in creating custom assortments by account-  all around ease of operation

> **Cons**: Initial starting an order could be made more obvious-  but easy to get used to once the muscle memory kicks in

> Solid, responsive and quick are the 3 words I would use to describe my experience.  Unlike other systems, the team has been highly reactive to my comments and concerns, which is helpful when time is of the essence

> **Cons**: There is a learning curve to the platform, but that is true of anything.  Once the process is mastered there is seemingly nothing I am not able to accomplish for my accounts
