> **Pros**: It is straightforward and practical to use. The system feels designed with martial arts schools in mind, rather than being a generic CRM adapted afterwards.
It makes managing members, payments, attendance and communication much easier, while giving a clear overview of the business.

> **Cons**: The only drawback is that some areas of the system still feel like they are in development and could benefit from more flexibility and customisation. 
That said, the FightKit team are very responsive to feedback and regularly make improvements, so it feels more like a growing platform than an actual concern.

> **Pros**: I had tried other martial arts studio CRM applications and found them too difficult to navigate. For a tech guy to say that...says a lot. With FightKit, I was able to quickly add my classes, my kids, my teachers, etc. When I did have a question, the support team was quick to answer. I spent several weeks kicking the tires before I committed to FightKit. No looking back now\!
