> **Pros**: Dentomation brings the main parts of the practice into one place. The diary, patient management, communication, compliance, HR and reporting are all connected, so the team does not need to move between different systems. I liked the AI automation for reception, calls, emails and reminders, as it helps reduce admin work and missed enquiries. The interface is clear and the platform feels built around how a dental practice works day to day.

> **Cons**: As with any full practice management system, the team needs some training at the start. There are a lot of features, so it takes time to understand the full workflow. Some areas could benefit from more onboarding videos and step by step guides for new users.
