> **Pros**: It was easy to get started with Attenditai, it took me 10 minutes to create my program, import my excel file of members and then simply shared the QR-code and attendance started showing up live on the dash board. 

Support was great too, and the team was able to get on multiple zoom calls to help. Gladly they didn't hate me for booking multiple onboarding and support sessions.

Seemed like magic.

> **Cons**: Reports provided on my account are great, you can download sheet and attendee specific reports, but I was hoping to download a customised report that I could directly send to my manager without having to first alter it on microsoft excel.

I was told that custom reports are available on the business plan which I wouldn't need for my work as the free account works perfectly fine for me.

It is nice to have attendance records, timestamps, and participant information in one place instead of searching through multiple spreadsheets. 

We are finally happy to move away from paper sign-in sheets.

Also, it would be nice to see more advanced features available in the lower-tier plans, especially for smaller organizations that are growing.
