## Overview

### Key benefits of Beagler

Most agencies run an ATS, a CRM, an invoicing tool and a spreadsheet that quietly handles payroll. None of them talk to each other, so the same placement gets typed in four times. Beagler holds all of it against one record, which removes the re-keying and the reconciliation that comes with it.

The work after a placement is the part that leaks margin: raising the invoice, chasing it, working out what each consultant is owed when two people touched the deal, then paying them. Commission is calculated from the placement itself, payroll runs for the whole team on one screen, and the result exports as a bank payment file.

No "contact us" tier. A free plan that does not expire, $9.90 per user per month, $12.90 with payroll and full reporting, published on the website. Small agencies get quoted worse than large ones when the number is hidden, so the number is not hidden.

Agencies that work with external suppliers usually trade candidates over email. The vendor portal gives each supplier its own login to submit against your open roles, with no visibility of your clients, your pipeline or anyone else's submissions.

Branded careers page, public application pages, and resume redaction before a profile reaches a client. What the client sees is presentable without anyone reformatting a document.
