> This product is run by a very pleasant and knowledgable physician with the best intentions.  Sadly, the company never has anyone available to answer questions, complaints or issues when the system goes down. As a long time customer I have have tried to address this issue on more than one occasion and now it seems I just get blown off.

After recommending this software to other colleagues, they have either run from it or tried it and moved on.
