## Reviews

### "RecTech is top notch" — 5.0/5

> **Ryan** | *September 10, 2026* | Entertainment | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Over the past several years, we have used or evaluated more than eight online reservation platforms with limited success. RecTech is the only platform we have found that was built from the ground up specifically for paintball fields. Its feature set, simple setup process, and guest-friendly interface make it the strongest option available. Given the value RecTech provides, its price point is unmatched.
>
> **Cons**: Nothing..... Any issues have been corrected in record time. The sre upport and attention to our requirements are great.
>
> Top-notch... very responsive. They actually listen to what the customer wants. The follow-up and new feature releases are delivered on time.

### "Rectech has been an absolute pleasure to work with and will help your business GROW\!" — 5.0/5

> **joseph** | *September 9, 2026* | Sports | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: \[sensitive content hidden\], the owner. He's the selling point. Super responsive and made a bunch of upgrades on Rectech to help my booking\! I cannot stress enough how happy I am to be working with an owner like \[sensitive content hidden\] who listens and works side by side with his customers\!
>
> **Cons**: Rectech is a newer system. Originally it was rigid and didn't quite check all the boxes we needed for our booking platform. \[sensitive content hidden\] helped work the system around the needs we had for a couple weeks. He now has all the updates we asked for and they are running live.
>
> From the first call I've been excited to work with \[sensitive content hidden\]. He is the best part of the software. Easy to get ahold of, responsive, listens to criticism and diligently works to make sure your version of the platform is what YOU want\!
