> **Pros**: Pawfectly Booked is that its incredibly cost effective and designed specifically for dog groomers, which makes a huge difference compared to generic booking systems. The scheduling is easy to manage, customer and pet records are well organised, and the automated reminders help reduce no-shows. It saves time every day and keeps everything in one place.

> **Cons**: Currently the software doesn’t have integrated payments at the moment but this isn’t a problem for me as I use a card machine but may be a nice feature to have in the future.
