> **Pros**: Incredibly responsive team - amazing support they really want to make their customers happy.  Changed workflow for large productions of documents.

> **Cons**: At first system was not the most intituitive but Clearbrief staff were really helpful with ongoing training. A bit clunky with needing to access website and word plugin seperately but overall worth the learning curve.
> 
> Quickly became key piece of our legal techstack.  Never debated renewal.
