> **Pros**: LOIS has been a huge help with everyday tasks such as discovery, writing simple complaints, researching and auditing the files etc. Overall, LOIS has made it much easier to handle more files, so it creates more business especially for a smaller firm.

> **Cons**: There are a few annoying glitches where LOIS gets confused at times that prevent me from giving a full 5 stars. It will sometimes ignore direct orders and do the exact opposite, or it will not recognize a file or document that is attached.
> 
> Minus the minor setbacks, LOIS has been a breath of fresh air. The fact that it is directly attached to all of the files makes it so much easier to incorporate AI into everyday life. It is most definitely one of the better AI tools that I've used.

> **Pros**: LOIS is one of the most comprehensive integrated Legal AI tools on the market. It isn't a gimmick and it offers real value to the work we do and the service we offer our clients. It can quickly and easily search individual cases or across our entire firm to provide real time data. It can then leverage that data to perform actionable items directly within FV without ever leaving your cases ecosystem. Due to the closed loop nature of the system it doesn't hallucinate and offers sources for each data point that it references for verification purposes.

> **Cons**: LOIS does require robust and specific prompting to produce valuable outputs. They do have a feature that allows you to improve your prompts automatically using AI which is neat. Prompt engineering is definitely a skill that you'll need to refine.

> **Pros**: I am able to find information quickly such as DOS, Provider information, and review documents more quickly than if I was manually looking for the information

> **Cons**: Sometimes it gets confused when certain documents are named similar- for example if we have a health insurance ledger but I am looking for a PIP ledger, it might tell me we have a PIP ledger on file. Or if have a PIP exhaust letter, it tells me we have the PIP ledger.

> Overall, I find it very useful. It's quick and can summarize a lot of information quickly which saves a lot of time
