We find the existing UI cumbersome and difficult to manage permissions and capture the data we need for reporting. We're awaiting an upgrade to v6 to see if that helps. There've been delays on both sides, but now we can't get a commit from Dock365 on when the upgrade will be completed. Since being acquired by Aries, we've noticed a significant drop in support and responsiveness from the Dock365 team. > > The decline in customer focus and service is concerning. These documents are reviewed by multiple parties in our organization, comments are made (which may or may not go back to the client), and the document is returned to the client for negotiations. Working with this type of document is very difficult and unwieldy in this system. > > Once it was set up and running, it's been pretty good. The support folks are fantastic \[sensitive content hidden\] very responsive. \[sensitive content hidden\] also great. The set up and testing were BEYOND painful. We almost walked away from this system. Every time a new version came out it broke something. We didn't know what had broken until we stumbled across it. No version notes were sent out. We have chosen NOT to use newer version because of this.
