It just... works, and it saves me real time between appointments. The clear winner for me though is the suite of digital products to weed out the most used paper sheets in any practice: a fully digitalized treatment sheet, anesthesia sheet and dental charts which keep everything paperless and give alerts making sure no orders are missed, and add items to invoices automatically as they are completed, thereby eliminating missed charges. Additionally, dental charting can be done by just speaking into the scribe which completes a task that takes usually 10-15 minutes in less than 60 seconds, and surprises me every time is use it with it's accuracy. You have to use it to find out how badly you needed this feature. Some other notable features which are incredible for a busy practice- single click emergency drug calculator in-built into the software, a digitalized code screen to carry out a code rather than a paper sheet, the analytics reporting which is far superior to clunky reports of legacy PIMS, a dedicated prescription tab, the SAGE clinical assistant, the pet parent app which strengthens the pet parent involvement and keeps most up to date information in their hands at all times to name a few. Two-way client communication and automated reminders have cut down our no-shows and phone tag noticeably, and the mobile access means I'm not chained to a desktop to get things done. Honestly, the whole interface feels like something people actually enjoy using rather than another tiring piece of practice software — that's rare in this space. > > **Cons**: As a newer platform, there's still more being built out, but given how quickly they ship based on user feedback, most wishlist items don't stay wishlist items for long.
