The hierarchical permission system is also really useful, as everyone sees only what is relevant to their role without unnecessary clutter. I also like the status-based table view, which makes it easy to focus on things like To Do tasks without relying on a Kanban board. The integrated chat is another nice addition, keeping conversations connected directly to the work.
