How billing works:

GeoTapp uses cumulative tier pricing. This means you are not locked into a single tier — pricing is calculated progressively. The first 25 seats are billed at €3/seat/month. Any additional seats (from seat 26 onwards) are billed at the reduced rate of €2.50/seat/month. For example, a team of 40 users pays: 25 seats × €3 + 15 seats × €2.50 = €75 + €37.50 = €112.50/month (€1,350/year).

All plans are billed annually. Prices are in EUR and include access to both products in the GeoTapp ecosystem:

- GeoTapp TimeTracker (iOS and Android) — the mobile app used by field workers for GPS clock-in/out, photo documentation, and real-time task reporting. Works fully offline and syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.

- GeoTapp Flow (Web) — the management platform for back-office teams. Organise projects, assign employees to jobs, manage schedules, track budgets, and generate tamper-proof certified reports.

Both products are included in every plan at no extra cost. There is no separate licence for TimeTracker and Flow — one seat gives the user access to whichever product they need.
