Almost everything. But what I like most about Happlicant is how naturally it fits into the way I actually recruit. It doesn’t try to turn recruitment into a video game with rankings, badges, endless scores and a million things happening on the screen just to make the platform look “smart.” It’s simple, intuitive, fast, and actually helps me do my job instead of making me learn how to use the tool. Every feature feels like it has a reason to exist, and I can tell that Happlicant was built by people who understand recruitment beyond just building another ATS. And, yes, I am still completely obsessed with it. At this point, I’m basically doing free PR for Happlicant in Brazil. > > **Cons**: The main con, in my opinion, is simply that Happlicant is still maturing. The platform is going through changes and improvements, which is completely understandable, but because it is not yet very popular in Brazil, some candidates can still experience small difficulties when applying for a position. Nothing major, and definitely nothing that has affected my experience as a recruiter, but it can create a little friction for candidates who are not familiar with the platform. I actually see this much more as a growing pain than a real problem with the product. Happlicant is still finding its place in the Brazilian market, and I think the more people use it, the more natural the experience will become for everyone. > > My overall experience with Happlicant has been ridiculously good. I started using it a little skeptical, mainly because it was still relatively new to me and not very popular in Brazil, and somehow I ended up completely obsessed with it. I don’t have to fight the system, click through 47 different screens or deal with unnecessary rankings just to do something that should take two minutes. It just works, and I love that. Extremely pleased to have found Happlicant as not only is it more visually appealing it's also super easy to use, functional and constantly evolving alongside the industry alongside AI. Makes my life easier and allows me to spend time on recruiting.
