> When I bought this tool, I immediately ran into bugs that stopped me from even using it. It was a global bug and every user was affected. After chatting with support, it was supposedly "fixed" after a day. It wasn't, and I had to reach out again and wait. Then came another bug. After that it worked a little. Then I wanted to take the next step (I had a table and hadn't even reached the first enrichment column yet) and ran into another bug where I couldn't create a formula. I had to reach out again and wait until the bug was fixed. After that I hit a feature that hadn't even been finished being programmed: with enrichments you created yourself, you simply got no output. So I had to reach out yet again. I honestly felt like I was talking to a no-code AI builder, having to fix every bug myself by reporting it via chat, except that I had to wait days until bugs were fixed that couldn't handle the simplest things.

At some point, after all this madness, things were finally fixed. I was happy and wanted to finally do my first enrichment run with the GPT AI key I'd added. A single request with the lowest-tier model cost me several cents, which was extremely high by comparison. I looked into why, and it turns out this company doesn't even have its own HTML fetcher, let alone a bot that can visit websites without burning credits. That means you have to work with GPT's own web search, which is extremely expensive. It was such a disappointment.

So I said enough and requested a refund. They tried to fob me off with free months, which changes absolutely nothing. So I thought: if I'm already reporting and fixing every bug in the chat anyway, I'll just build the tool myself. I got it done extremely cheaply and bug-free within half a day. When I then told them I insist on a refund and not free months of their useless AI slop tool, they simply blocked me from the chat and stopped responding to my messages. I can only submit a request by email through the support chat. Of course I did that, and I also wrote in by email. And of course nothing comes back. So I just got scammed.

Stay away from this tool. It's not finished and you have to fix it yourself, like you're chatting with a no-code AI builder. I've never been so disappointed. I'm not a fan of writing reviews and normally never do, but here I absolutely had to leave something, because this could just as easily be a scam.

Give me my refund and we're done.
