> **Cons**: All’inizio richiede un po’ di tempo per configurare correttamente tutte le funzionalità, ma una volta avviato il sistema diventa molto efficace e completo.

> Siamo un’azienda specializzata nella produzione e commercio di sementi ibride ortive e facciamo parte di un gruppo internazionale. Usiamo il software Future da molti anni,  non solo per la contabilità ma anche per la logistica e il magazzino. La comunicazione tra i reparti è immediata e affidabile. Gestiamo e monitoriamo la movimentazione dei  prodotti, i controlli qualità e  abbiamo in tempo reale ogni dato utile alla programmazione, all’evasione degli ordini cliente e e alla gestione degli acquisti. Non usiamo più Excel per la preparazione dei report mensili richiesti dal gruppo. Gli strumenti  e i gates di controllo e verifica ci hanno permesso di ridurre al minimo gli errori. Possiamo contare su dati aggiornati in tempo reale e una gestione estremamente efficiente.

> La nostra esperienza complessiva con Future ERP è molto positiva. Si tratta di un gestionale molto completo e flessibile, che permette un alto livello di personalizzazione in base alle esigenze aziendali.
Ho apprezzato in particolare la reportistica avanzata, che consente di avere sempre sotto controllo dati e performance in modo chiaro e dettagliato. Un altro aspetto molto utile è l’integrazione di servizi di AI per la lettura automatica dei documenti, che velocizza notevolmente alcune attività operative.
