> **Pros**: Timelier is an excellent add-on for my Google Calendar that allows me to send appointment reminders automatically to my clients. It is very cost-effective and pays for itself by increasing attendance in sessions.

> **Cons**: I guess if I have to identify one improvement (since this is a required field), stopping appointment reminders for cancelled appointments can be improved. It was not an issue for me in my workflow, but that's the only thing that has been a hiccup.
> 
> I would highly recommend Timelier to any professional who does not have a need for a fully functioning CRM. The overall fuctionality and customer service are outstanding.
