Lightning Assist is priced by subscription (per user) in USD. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required. AI features use two separate credit systems: AI Credits (AI Command, AI Enhance, AI Chat) and AI Speech Credits (voice-to-text). Both are sold as add-on packages; exact packages and prices are below.
1. Free tier
No subscription fee. Limited number of resources (snippets); limit is shown in the app. Full dashboard, Quick Access, and help. AI features require a paid subscription and the purchase of credits.
2. Monthly subscription (Premium)
$5.99 USD per user per month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime. Includes unlimited resources, folders, teams, Resource Examples, and Preview Resources. AI features are available only with a paid subscription and require AI Credits and/or AI Speech Credits (purchased separately; see below).
3. Annual subscription (Premium)
$59.99 USD per user per year, billed annually (equivalent to about $5.00/user/month). Same features as Monthly. Discount vs monthly is shown on the pricing page. Prorated refunds may apply on cancellation; see Refund Policy.
4. Company subscription (2+ users)
Custom pricing; contact us for a quote. Includes all Premium features, Company AI Credits and Company AI Speech Credits (managed at company level), custom onboarding, managed account creation, and support (e.g. chat and Zoom). Billing and payment terms are agreed separately.
5. AI Credits (AI Command, AI Enhance, AI Chat)
Used for AI Command (translate, rewrite, summarize, etc.), AI Enhance (improve selected text), and AI Chat. Sold in packages in USD:

AI Credits Premium: 13,300 credits — $7.99
Usage is metered per request; no daily or monthly caps. When credits are exhausted, AI features pause until you buy more. User or Company balance depending on plan.
6. AI Speech Credits (voice-to-text)
Used only for AI Speech (push-to-talk voice-to-text). Separate from AI Credits. Sold in packages in USD (usage varies by language and context):
AI Speech Credits Basic: 7,300 credits (approx. 6–12 hours of speech) — $2.99
AI Speech Credits Pro: 14,700 credits (approx. 12–24 hours of speech) — $5.99
AI Speech Credits Enterprise: 24,600 credits (approx. 20–41 hours of speech) — $9.99
When you run out of AI Speech Credits, voice-to-text stops until you purchase more. Company users may use Company AI Speech Credits when enabled.
