> **Pros**: Für uns ist der größte Mehrwert die Zeitersparnis: weniger manuelle Schritte, bessere Übersicht über Teilnehmende und Termine und eine konsistente Abwicklung. Gerade bei mehreren parallelen Veranstaltungen ist die zentrale Steuerung ein echter Vorteil.

> **Cons**: An einigen Stellen ist die Bedienlogik nicht sofort selbsterklärend und man muss sich einarbeiten. Einzelne Bereiche könnten moderner/übersichtlicher gestaltet sein.

Nach einer kurzen Einarbeitungsphase konnten wir die Prozesse gut standardisieren und haben deutlich mehr Überblick über Teilnehmende, Termine und den Status einzelner Vorgänge. Der Support ist hilfreich und reagiert meist schnell. Verbesserungsfähig sind vor allem einzelne UX-Themen und die Flexibilität bei Auswertungen/Anpassungen.
