> **Pros**: Requests: One link per stallholder; documents and answers come back in one place, and you can see who hasn't responded.
Collecting public liability certificates and similar compliance paperwork is now seamless and much more secure (nothing stored at our end)
Conditional logic works great for us, 'Do you require power' YES \> 'What type of power' etc.
Scales fine. 40 stall holders were no harder than five.
You can use one part of it (like we do) without using the rest because there are no tiers; everything is included.

> **Cons**: It took a little thought up front to figure out what to ask for and how to set up the conditional logic in requests. It was worth doing it right the first time; then everything just flowed.  The WorkZerk team was very helpful.

> We run an annual market in Sydney and use WorkZerk to onboard stallholders. We've onboarded over 40 through it so far, mostly using the Requests feature to collect public liability, ABNs and the other paperwork. Chasing that by email via a spreadsheet used to be much more chaotic.

Now each stallholder gets a link, fills in what's needed, and we can see who is still outstanding. We also use the CSV export feature.

Conditional sections gate what appears, either on an earlier answer or on membership of a named cohort, combinable with AND. Required blocks hold the submit gate until they are satisfied.\n\nEach person gets a tokenised link. No account, no password, nothing to install. Portals are mobile-first and the planner side updates live over server-sent events rather than polling.\n\nDOCUMENT LIFECYCLE\n\nSet an expiry date on any uploaded document, and WorkZerk reminds the person who holds it:\n\n- Before it expires.\n- After it expires.\n- After it's rejected, until they upload a replacement.\n\nYou choose when reminders go out, for example 30, 14 and 3 days before expiry. Each reminder is sent once, and they all stop as soon as a new document is uploaded.\n\nReviewers approve or reject each document and give a reason. Saved responses keep feedback consistent.\n\nWhen someone e-signs, WorkZerk records the exact version of the terms they signed. If you edit the template later, the signed version stays the same.\n\nADMIN AND REPORTING\n\nCustom contact fields, tags, team groupings, bulk invites, self-registration links and QR codes, per-account vocabulary, and full white-label branding on everything the onboardee sees. Reports filter and export to CSV. Every outbound email is logged with delivery status.\n\nSECURITY\n\nTwo-step sign-in (2FA). Along with their password, people can enter a code from an authenticator app on their phone. Backup codes get them in if they lose the phone.\n\nProtection against password guessing. An account locks after too many wrong password attempts.\n\nProtection against hijacked clicks. Another website can't trick your browser into making changes in WorkZerk while you're signed in.\n\nBuilt-in browser protections. WorkZerk tells your browser to block common web attacks. It can't be hidden inside another website, and pages opened from a share link don't pass their address on to other sites.\n\nPrivate files. Uploaded files have no public links. Each time someone opens a file, WorkZerk checks they're allowed to see it.\n\nFull edit history. Every change to a request is saved as a permanent record, so you can always see what it said before.\n\nNothing left behind on shared computers. Files opened in WorkZerk aren't saved on the computer or phone they were viewed on. On a shared site-office PC, the next person can't see them afterwards.\n\nAutomatic clean-up. Approved documents can be set to delete themselves after a number of days you choose.
