What it does

The platform covers two interconnected areas:

HR Operations: Recruitment pipeline management, structured onboarding workflows, employee records, organizational chart builder, performance review cycles, and workforce visibility dashboards. Teams can configure hiring stages, assign onboarding tasks by role, and track headcount and reporting structures in real time.

OKR \& Strategy Execution: Objective and Key Result setting at company, team, and individual level. Every customer starts with the Base Layer, which carries the core infrastructure the platform runs on, including people data, organization setup, access, and integrations. Pricing is per employee and scales with team size. Active employees, who log in and use the platform, are billed at $3 per month. Passive employees, who have no login and are stored for records, are billed at $1 per month. Minimum monthly spend is $150.
