> **Pros**: Our entire reason for buying the power pack was to be able to connect to external (to our SQL environment) systems and files.  The salesforce connections in particular are constantly used.  Some of the other tasks, like Trash destination (really who doesn't need that) and help with speeding up development is invaluable.

> **Cons**: The errors and can be cryptic. But today I came across one that just made no sense and I was able to chat with their support team and fix it in minutes.

> As a SQL Architect, I very much like structure and repeatable tasks.  Zappysys makes this easy to do.

> **Cons**: It isn't intuitive, but it's a short learning curve.  Lots of wizards are available.  Some support not there for linked servers to older SQL, but that is more of a client side user.
