Les fonctionnalités de personnalisation (modèles d’e-mails, formulaires, étapes de process, marque employeur) permettent d’adapter l’outil à sa culture d’entreprise. Les statistiques intégrées et les modules additionnels (multi-entités, mobilité interne, site carrière avancé…) ajoutent une vraie valeur pour piloter les recrutements.
