> **Pros**: Great support, also after the onboarding. Very good communication to the customer and I like the fact that the company is building up a community with the customers (eg. events, think tank, online sessions about related HR content) and is fostering a good exchange. 
The software itself is clever and has a very good usability. And they´re continuisly working on it.

> **Cons**: No cons which have to be mentioned at this point. If something pops up - we are able to find a solution together. 
Suggestion of improvement for the future - use of AI for reports and Dashboards.

Digitalisierung der Mitarbeitergespräche neben Weiterbildungen ein großer Bereich und Mehrwert.
