They challenge themselves to do better at every event they support. And grow dynamically with their customers and their sector.

> **Pros**: The people of EventSquare go for a nice personal approach. When you need some help you get to the right person straight away and problems get resolved.

> **Cons**: Overall very good experience. Many years ago when the company was smaller and there was the covid-ticket mania (10k+ people trying to reach the servers at the same time) there was some serverissues but the people of EventSquare were live on it. Solved it straight away on that moment, we had a fair agreement afterwords and it never happened again in the future. This is how a company should be and act in my point of view.

> We are now using EventSquare for 10 years and seen the company grow from very small to what is is today selling 2 million tickets a year. The website is clean, simple to use yet still has all features you'd want as an event organiser.
