> **Pros**: Voor ons was het belangrijk dat het rooster via een app te openen is voor de medewerkers, daarin zien medewerkers duidelijk welke diensten ze werken. Verlofaanvragen zijn ook eenvoudig aan te vragen en goed te keuren. Daarnaast wilden wij graag een koppeling met de salarisadministratie via Nmbrs, met Dyflexis was dit mogelijk en dit bespaart enorm veel tijd\!

> **Cons**: Wanneer een rooster voor een periode al is ingepland (i.v.m. bijvoorbeeld ingeplande vakantie van medewerkers), en één medewerker krijgt een ander rooster dan dien je dit per dag aan te passen. Er wordt gewerkt met standaard roosters per afdeling en niet per medewerker. 
Een medewerker kan het rooster openen maar ziet dan meteen alle afdelingen van de locatie, het is voor een medewerker handiger als hij of zij alleen het rooster van zijn/haar afdeling ziet.
> 
> Een groot voordeel is de koppeling met het salarispakket van Nmbrs, hierdoor worden alle uren via een koppeling overgezet. Met onze eigen roostersoftware werd dit handmatig ingevoerd, en was dus erg foutgevoelig. 
Daarnaast heb je ook een beter en actueler overzicht van gemaakte uren, elke dag worden de gewerkte uren gecontroleerd en goedgekeurd. 
Dyflexis is erg makkelijk in gebruik, daarnaast kun je ook de kennisbank raadplegen als je ergens niet uit komt of meer wilt weten.

> **Pros**: Het is een eenvoudig programma en handig om medewerkers in te roosteren\!

> **Cons**: Er blijft altijd wel verbetering, echt nadelen zie ik niet.
> 
> Je kunt als je een beetje oplet eigenlijk nooit een dag vergeten dat er iemand niet ingepland staat. Misschien  een tip dat er een melding komt als er een dag leeg (niemand ingepland) is.
