> **Pros**: I love that when I first set up a client I can include my customized agreement with details of services, as well as T\&amp;C's. The automatic recurring invoicing is also amazing. And I LOVE that I can CHOOSE to pass the credit cards fees on to my client if I'm not covering them. And that it also offers my clients the option to pay with ACH, which typically doesn't charge the crazy credit card fees.

> **Cons**: Takes a minute to get used to, but the customer service is there to help, as well as great chat bots to lead you through questions if you get stuck. Overall, I love this system and it completely replaced Stripe (and a lot of fees) for me\!\!

> **Pros**: I love the SAAS view that Anchor provides. We are a subscription CPA firm, so each client will easily see three tiered options and choose which is best for them. Their team is very attentive to issues that arise. For the most part, it is a set it and forget it system.

> **Cons**: There are no engagement letter templates automatically loaded into the program. We use a Master Service Agreeement for our engagements but I could see how new firms may want to have a template for their different engagements.

> Anchor has been a game-changer as far as cost and ease-of-use. We were using Practice Ignition before the switch and I haven't looked back.
