> **Pros**: It makes large payroll processing less time consuming as there is a lot of automation that can be implemented.

> **Cons**: Not the easiest to navigate but you do get used to it.  A lot of hidden menu items.  People who aren't very computer literate may struggle to use it to its full capacity.

> The support is very good.  I have identified a lot of things in the award that can be set up so they automate and the support team are very good at working with you to achieve pretty much anything the software is capable of.
