> **Cons**: If I had to have a con the only thing I can think of is when you send a device back, you do have to pay for the shipping yourself. However, I am sure that is pretty standard with any device with any company.

> We love Bestpass\! It is easy to use. Customer support is amazing, always helpful. On the rare occasion a toll gets missed and we get a toll fee in the mail; it is so easy to upload it on the site and Bestpass takes care of it immediately.
