There are a few flaws such as no commas for digits more than 100. Moving of rooms in reservations is like reallocating a room rather than drag and drop. Reports are OK, The collection report does not show all payment types. A manual was not provided along with explanation of the features. We purchased this a log time ago so maybe that's why. I began using ASI Software in 2001 and have not yet switched to another software system for front desk services. ASI really knows what they are doing when it comes to getting the job done and are also very friendly with customer service. I've had questions about the software, and there was always someone to call for help. The easy-to-use support was available 24 hours a day and was always friendly enough to answer even the most basic questions. I would definitely recommend this software to anyone looking to switch to a new front desk software for new and upcoming businesses\! > > **Cons**: There is not much I can say about what I least liked about the software.
