> **Pros**: The Customer Service is excellent, very quick to respond and personalized when needed.  The \[sensitive content hidden\] of Civic Review is hands on and easy to talk to.

> **Cons**: Unable to readily create Excel reports, it is possible but requires extra steps to create, but I understand it will be available soon.

> **Pros**: Loved the ease of working with the team to set up the program. They were there every step of the way to help us. Anytime we needed help they were there. 

The program is very user friendly for the customer and for the users on the backend. We are able to make changes to the program ourselves. We can pull reports and everything we need.

> **Pros**: Fairly simple to use. I love that we can customize to our needs, with a few exceptions.
I also like that Civic Review has an app for inspections and that inspections can still be performed without an internet connection.

> **Cons**: Unable to update formulas based on the latest ICC data table. Too complicated and requires Civic Review staff to make the change. 
Also, we would like to be able to guide permit applicants to the right permit type and fees to better automate the application process. The software doesn't appear to be able to do that without complicating the reporting, according to Heather.
The Civic Review app can be a little glitchy when cell service is spotty.
Also, too many email notifications are sent to everyone each time a permit review status is changed. Should be a way to streamline this and limit who receives which notifications without limiting software access and controls.

> We continue to use Civic Review because the customer service has been phenomenal - better than any other software company I've used, the price is terrific, the software isn't over-complicated to navigate, and we can customize much of what we need.

> **Pros**: Very user-friendly and I really like the messages are all shown for everyone that can access the permit.  Keeping everything in one spot really helps to ensure things do not slip through the cracks.

> **Cons**: I have used the system for 2.5 years and I haven't found anything that I don't like.

> Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.  If we have suggestions on things we would like, they want to know and they help however they can. The support is AMAZING and they are so quick to respond.  Would recommend this software to anyone that is looking for something that streamlines their processes, keeps everyone in the know, and is super user-friendly for everyone that uses it.

> **Pros**: CR is a user-friendly software with unlimited form creation. Best part is that the user can create the forms vs. having to hire the software provide to do the work. Help Center is excellent.
