> I really love it.  My clients get a kick out of the report card, and I love how it prompts for business reviews for multiple different platforms, not just for Scritches.  It helps keep my schedule organized, and one stop for clients, requests, pet info, documents, invoicing, and personal schedule.

> **Pros**: Scritches is great for scheduling and gives me a quick and easy way for my clients to pay me. The interface is really slick, and I'm glad I don't need yet another app on my phone to use it. The report cards are really cute and a nice feature\!

> **Cons**: Very occasionally, there are some bugs in the user interface. These are typically pretty minor and don't impact my day-to-day usage of the software. I do wish I could make it feel/look more like my business from a customer's point of view.

> Overall, I've been really happy with the service. Invoicing is easy for both me and my clients, and the cost per month is minimal for what it offers me in return. It's nice to have everything in one place for quick reference, too. I'm a sole business owner (no employees) and it does all the things I need it to.
