My administrative tasks are completely a one gal show and having your team behind me has been the best decision we have made this year. I don't have to worry about our payroll taxes, the payroll entry is simple, and the software is very user friendly. Not to mention if I ever have any questions you respond almost immediately and always respond in the most friendly manner.

> **Cons**: The only thing that could improve is the timeliness of payroll being deposited. Some days its a day before payday and other times its the day of. QuickBooks would pay people 2 days early which was really nice and it was always that way so our employees could count on that.
