> **Pros**: It is extremely easy to set up and use. While some other services like this require a tedious setup process, creating a position with 50skills is done in a few minutes.

> **Cons**: It was slightly confusing finding options that weren't even mentioned on their website. I could not find any fault to the service or the process itself. 50skills is truly exceptional.

> Hiring processes are usually overly complicated, but 50skills makes them easy and straightforward. It is easy to filter the applicants, and the app is brilliant with input from your colleagues. It allows you to add notes by your entire team, and when hiring in tech it is extremely important to see what your team thinks of the new hires. I was in love with the fact that it also covers onboarding once the hiring process is done. You can set up lists of documents for the applicants to collect and send in, and even have a contract signed through the system, which is amazing in this time of social distancing. All in all, 50skills is the best at what it does, and it does more than the competitors.

> **Pros**: All I need to do is put in a simple search query and I can find an ideal candidate that fits my needs. I don't have to go through piles of cv's to find the perfect candidate. All I need is to simply search and find. This software should be called the google for finding suitable job candidates. And it's super fast to find applicants that you were interested though you may have forgotten their last names. Set the filters and make the search and boom you found it. It's truly an all in one application for job recruitment. It makes the hiring process like a walk in the park.

> **Cons**: I think the software could use improvement at generating employment contracts specific to each region. The generated contract that appears after I click on the "hire" button is generic and sometimes doesn't align exactly with my industry or my country's specific employment law. In general though it's a good contract.

> **Pros**: The recruitment process was very easy to follow and the CVs sent in were very easy to manage and review. The branded site was a huge bonus as well. I also know there were options to enable employee incentives which is great, but we didn't use it for the duration of the recruitment process in that particular case.

> **Cons**: We weren't using many of the features that are offered as our recruitment process was rather simple, so I did not find anything I didn't like about 50skills.
> 
> I was in charge of reading through the CVs and sorting them through to HR. It was a very quick process as 50skills was very intuitive and easy to use. I also loved the added value of the share image for social media as that brought in some attention to our job postings. All in all, probably the best recruitment tool I have had the pleasure to use in the last few years.
