> **Cons**: Haven't found any negatives yet\! Your wording is super important, and it's best to give as many details as you can, in order to get the most accurate numbers. Be sure to let the AI know any standard hourly rates, etc.

> Our handymen are super busy, and running estimates is time consuming. Handoff allows us to turn estimates around quickly, which gives us a competitive edge against the competition.

> **Cons**: Inconsistent price quotes on same products for different estimates despite the quotes being completed minutes apart; descriptions not as entered and being quoted in different units than entered; program does not always follow “rules” put in place for pricing or adding additional information

> Overall I do like the program. It still needs some work but I am still continuing to use it and address issues with the IT team as they arise and they address each and every one. I can definitely work with that.
