> **Pros**: It’s accuracy. For the most part, Handoff is fairly accurate minus the labor part. And I’m not sure how you would account for that on a truly accurate level.

> Overall I do like the program. It still needs some work but I am still continuing to use it and address issues with the IT team as they arise and they address each and every one. I can definitely work with that.
