With automatic PDF creation via the CIB pdf brewer (must be installed)
With the option of signing PDF documents directly via a StepOver signature PAD
Convenient template management with many supplied Word document templates for short letters, notices of termination, premium waivers, withdrawals, powers of attorney, claims notifications
Documents can be scanned directly into ezMakler, e.g. for assigning original policies or for damage reports
An audio file (quasi as a voice memo) can be recorded via micro/headset/etc, for example to record dictations for employees
Customer visit mode with its own menu: Search, select and memorize customer, then only this customer, these contracts etc. are displayed
Office area for filing any other addresses (authorities, vehicle registration offices, ...) and documents (not customer or contract-related)
With powerful task and appointment management / appointment calendar and an event table for recording any events, including completed tasks and appointments
With functions such as caller list, reminder lists, birthday and appointment reminders, Outlook synchronization, duplicate search and clean-up, mass changes
Flexibly adjustable statistical evaluations of contracts over time, agencies, companies, contract types and much more
With GDV interface for importing customers and contracts (the data is supplied by the companies)
The relevant customer data record is automatically displayed for an incoming telephone call (only possible with ISDN or TAPI)
Import and export of VCard files and iCalendar files, for example to transfer contacts and appointments from and to smartphones (iPhone, iPad or Android phones) or desktop PCs
All lists with the option to change columns and define colors, with filter bar, mouse wheel support and much more
Freely definable input masks for customers, contracts, agencies and companies, each with up to 42 individual fields
Intelligent and flexible search and filter functions, also for exports and print lists
With phonetic search, i.e. for similar-sounding names such as Maier, Mayer, Meier, Meyer, Mair
Export option for address data, e.g. for serial letters in Word or other programs
Input of any other documents (e.g. images) for customers, contracts and claims, tasks and deadlines, agencies and companies
