When we have a need to improve or alter or add to the methods of the program the Avantalytics development team is quick to respond to ours needs and customize the functionality for us. The support is also quick and helpful. We have never been down or had delays in accessibility.

> **Pros**: The customizations of each report and information view is amazing. This type of flexibility in the reporting process has simply not been available to us in any meaningful way. We have been able to quickly identify the winners and losers in our program and leverage that information into better business decisions. Implementation was relatively easy and product support has been best in class in my opinion.

> **Cons**: I would qualify the following opportunities by first saying that each business and product line has its own attributes and challenges. I think there are some opportunities to create info graphics that would quickly capture big picture data. Inventory metrics would be the another area of opportunity, especially in a highly perishable product category.

> From implementation to support, we could not have been more impressed with the level of hands on support that we've received. Each person we've dealt with has been a subject matter expert and a partner throughout. I wish we would have found this platform sooner.

> **Pros**: Their data automation removes hours I used to spend pulling and combining reports. I have one-click refresh now. I can see multiple retailers data right next to each other finally.

> **Cons**: There are a lot of reports, sometimes its hard to find the right one I need.

> The onboarding was fast, I got to work with one person directly and he helped us get all the required info set up quickly. They helped us with the EDI connections and training was flexible to my schedule. Their people are great to work with and the data is available reliably each morning and I have what I need.
