> **Pros**: I am able to keep a catalog of who has completed various assignments

> **Cons**: It sometimes confuses users when trying to complete assignments
> 
> As an assigner, it's nice to keep track of training rosters and be able to reference who has completed them, and as a user I feel it's fairly understandable.
