There are some unique features to Hopin that we liked, but after trying some other options for our virtual events, we discovered options we preferred better. > > **Cons**: White labeling isn't available (at least not when I used the software for our event), the interface is not intuitive, it wasn't user-friendly for our guests, and although you can customize your page, the customization is still limited compared to some of their competitors. > > It was okay for the time being for our event, but Hopin wasn't a software program that we were wanting to stick with. I tried to contact customer support and didn't receive a response back. Compare this to ViewStub and Airmeet and the difference is night and day. With ViewStub and Airmeet, I always know I can rely on customer support and that I'm not doing an event blindly. I also have way more customization features with them.
