- no detailed text knowledge base, only video tutorials - not possible to search for answers

> I was trying to find an alternative to Mailchimp. Platform.ly has so far exceeded my expectation and I am porting my whole business. 
When all the planned features will be delivered, Platform.ly will be THE killer marketing tool.
For now, it is a great mailer/autoresponder that I am more than happy with.

> **Pros**: What I like most is that it offers most tool you would need as a business for your marketing under one hat. No need to switch between tools to create links, emails... This tools has it all. On top of that if offers many native integrations which is also great as you won't necessarly need other tool such as Zapier to connect.

> **Cons**: The UI/UX are definitely their weak spot in my opinion. I have nothing agains a minimalist design but here it's too minimalist. Some functions could be enhanced and are not as good as feature specific companies. Their email builder could definitely be improved

> **Pros**: I love that I'm able to track the amount of sales each customer has made from me. It also integrates with alot of marketing tools that I use such as Upviral and Convertbox and a few others.

> I'm really looking forward to the potential of this platform. Their roadmap looks promising and if they can add a pipeline to their platform it would make this hard to resist for alot of marketing and business owners.
