> **Cons**: MagicDoor is for long term rental, and we are thinking about entering Airbnb/ short term rental business, I wish MagicDoor can support short term rental in the future.

> I used DoorLoop, Stessa, Avail, and of course Excel sheet in the previous, i was not happy with limited functions or poor customer support. I started to use MagicDoor around March 2024, I am quite happy with this AI PM software, there are 2 -3 times i have some questions around the signing and accounting, their cusomter support helped me solve the issues right away.
