> Slow support communication, and that's not good for business when handling people's money. Excessive fees for receiving payments. They don't inform you b4 they debit your account to allow you time to make appropriate changes to insure money is secure for them and your account stays in good status . After 3-4 years I'm done with lack of response and sense of urgency. Downgrading to free as soon as I can, because I'm tired of paying excessive fees for no real support when it's truly needed.

> **Cons**: Inability to manage more than one location through one main dashboard. Customer service hasn't gotten back to me in over a month regarding canceling service. Seems they just started ignoring emails or blocking our company emails. Not professional at all.
