> **Pros**: Doodle make it easy for me to poll group members for a good meeting time. I even use it to arrange get togethers with friends. Setup is easy, with a clear, intuitive GUI and the ability to go back and change things. Respondents appreciate having the choice of "If need be" in addition to "Yes" and "No," and I find that even the most tech-averse can manage it without difficulty. The system sends the host an email every time a response comes in, and it's easy to assess the results. They can even be exported to a spreadsheet.

> **Cons**: You need to buy the paid "Pro" version to eliminate ads and activate some features such as in-app email invites and automatic reminders.

> This is an excellent tool. I recommend the pro version if you will be using it weekly.
