CONSTANT need to meet support and meet with other reps to work and re-work prompts to only spend more and more time wasted to not get the agent to deliver the prompt. > > We were initially excited about SalesAI and even left a positive review before actually putting it into real use...big mistake. The concept sounded amazing, but the reality has been nothing short of disappointing. The support process is exhausting. You’ll go through prompt after prompt and reps connect you with other agents to write and try new prompts only to not be sure if whats being typed will get the results needed. Each rep embellishing “this new release will get that fixed and introduce new features with the next update.” Those updates never seem to arrive, or when they do, they don’t fix the real problems. It’s just an endless cycle of waiting and being strung along with talk about upcoming improvements. This technology elsewhere for a fraction of the cost — literally 10% of what SalesAI charges. They keep selling you on what’s “coming soon,” but nothing ever reaches the finish line. When we finally expressed our dissatisfaction, our rep’s solution was to change our use case. Why would I do that? The system failed on the three specific functions we bought it for. We shouldn’t have to invent new reasons to justify using a $1,000/month platform that has yet to produce even a single new client. Believe the negative reviews. I wish we had.
