> **Cons**: There is a minimum monthly total services fee. Though with the amount of permits we file I do not see this being an issue

> I am a permitting expeditor with a residential construction company. I regularly balance the submittal and revision process with about 20-30 projects in up to 35 different municipalities. As I am evaluating new technologies and services that can make us more efficient, I came across PermitFlow on Google. I had an excellent initial demo with \[sensitive content hidden\]
 and I think their partnership would greatly improve my experience communicating with all parties involved and ultimately receive permits faster and easier. I will be discussing their service with my administrative management team

> **Pros**: Nothing. I have never had an experience with a Permitflow "expediter" that was helpful or could be construed as lending expertise in the slightest.
> 
> **Cons**: These guys barely train their staff to use the internet. 75% of the time I get an email from Permitflow, they have not even reached out to the correct jurisdiction. They don't do any advance research on what work requires a permit. Basically these folks get paid to annoy municipal employees to answer their long list of questions because their training and knowledge in the field are inexistent. Marketing this software as "Streamlining" anything is dishonest.

> I cringe whenever I see a Permitflow email, because I know I'll be hand-holding and doing someone else's job for them.

> A time saving experience on a job duty most employers have a tough time keeping filled.
