> **Pros**: La planification avec les dossiers pour chantier, le rapport journalier et l'envoi aux client, le récapitulatif des heures

> **Cons**: Il y a vraiment besoin d'une formation et un peu cher pour une entreprise de 4 personnes donc pas vraiment adapté à la stratégie à plat sans conducteur de chantier.

> Rapport avec les collaborateurs très pratique pas de perte de documents, le rapport journalier avec photos est essentiel. 4 personnes 3 forfaits PARCE QUE chacun veut pouvoir mettre son déroulé de journée et faire son rapport perso.

Gestion facilité du suivi des travaux

> **Cons**: Parfois la gestion des absences qui ne se fait pas directement dans la journée et qui vient en doublon lors d'une validation de journée
pas des gestion de flotte véhicule pour le moment

> Je sous-utilise les capacités d'Altagem, gestion principalement post intervention. 
Bon retour des temps d'interventions (si évidemment journée remplie correctement) par rapport à un chiffrage commercial des interventions.
