> **Pros**: It's a very simple mailer. The interface is easy to use. All basic features you need in a mailer are included.

> **Cons**: For some reason I have to save every email I send to in the contacts otherwise it won't be recalled in the search bar when I want to resend to the same email. It used be working fine at the beginning. Now it isn't.

The other thing that annoys me is that they keep advertising their packages more often than they should. You don't see Gmail keeps pushing extra storage packages down to you every time you open the mailer to send an email.

> i started with mail.com when i started my online boutique, back in 2024. its awesome with a free plan, that allows me to choose from multiple domain options, customize it and make it my own. however, i do not like having to constantly reset creds to log on bc sometimes it rejects creds and makes app useless.  cant complain much as i said it is free with options for paid or platinum subscriptions to have a more custom domain and more

> **Cons**: One time I didn’t use one email for a while and it got entirely deleted. And I was not able to go back and reclaim it even though it was tied to some other accounts as a verification email.
