With my staff scheduled in several teams for varying jobs in a single day, it can be difficult to track which equipment is held by whom. Gear's simple and straightforward system enables me to easily track equipment and allow me to plan accordingly.

> **Cons**: I have no prior experience in generating QR codes for tracking, and the little background I have with it made trying Gear seem daunting at first. But roll out has been easy and tracking has been easier as my staff can simply use their phones to scan and update the system.

> In my cleaning business, I need to constantly monitor the equipment and consumable materials my staff have during their deployments. Tracking equipment before was done manually, with a lot of manual input such as phone calls, verification, and sending photos as proof.
