> **Cons**: The server is constantly down. Once you reach support with these problems, they are non-existent in their replies. Server down, no bookings.

> Was pretty optimistic on their product and hence i bought a lifetime plan to support them. But with the server down, the product is unusable. Reached out to their support twice over 3 days and no reply. Really sad to see a promising product like this go to the drain due to not upgrading their servers.

> **Pros**: The team feature is great so that anyone available can be scheduled for certain types of meetings. Also, the ability to create all different types of meetings with unique links at your own domain\!

> **Cons**: Set up is a bit confusing at first but overall fairly straightforward once you go through each settings screen a couple of times.

> The current way to schedule a meeting was to call or fill out a contact form. To be able to see someone's exact availability and for the client to be able to schedule at a time that works for them is so much less friction than having to call or fill out a form.
